If you do not have an account with our online services, repeat prescriptions can be requested using our online Repeat Prescription Request Form
You can request a prescription by ordering it online via Patient Access, NHS App or via the online request form. Telephone requests can only be accepted if you are unable to use online services or email.
- Please indicate the nominated pharmacy that you would like your prescription to go to
- Please allow 2-3 full working days (excluding weekends) for your prescription to be processed
- Your prescription should be available to collect from the Pharmacy within 3 working days
Please ensure you request your medication 7-10 days before you are due to run out of your supply. If you need to discuss your medication, please contact the surgery in the first instance.
We can only accept repeat prescription requests for items which have been previously agreed by the doctor to be suitable for repeat prescription ordering.
Sometimes there may be reasons why we cannot issue a repeat prescription for some or all of the items and we aim to always let you know if that is the case.
We pride ourselves at The Bell Surgery on efficiency in dealing with prescription requests and so if you are experiencing any problems requesting your repeat prescription please do contact the prescription desk so that we may assist you and if necessary liaise with the pharmacy to resolve any issues.
