It is easier and quicker to manage appointments and request repeat prescriptions via our online service. Simply log in and select an option.
- If you collect your signed prescriptions from the surgery, you need to allow 2 full working days (excluding weekends) before you come and collect it. Please ensure you request your medication in plenty of time if you are going to run out over a weekend.
- If you collect your prescription direct from the pharmacist you will need to allow 3 working days.

Download the NHS App to set up and log in to your NHS account. Owned and run by the NHS, your NHS account is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services online. You can also access your NHS account using the NHS website.
