As a Surgery, from 1st September 2021 we are supporting vital health and care planning and research by sharing your data with NHS Digital.
This is important because it helps to assess whether the health and care system is working for patients.
In addition, it helps support the planning and commissioning of health care services & enables many different areas of research e.g. into the long term impact of Coronavirus, analysis of healthcare inequalities and research & development of cures for serious illnesses.
For more information about why this is important and what data is shared please visit General Practice Data for Planning and Research: NHS Digital Transparency Notice – NHS Digital
