Having had a blood test this morning and my Covid vaccine shortly after, I would like to compliment the surgery and staff for their friendly and competent handling of the situation.

I wanted to pass on my praise and appreciation of the excellent roll-out of The Bell Surgery
vaccinations. I had my first one this morning and was really impressed
– but not surprised! – by the smooth, professional organisation and the
calm and kind way the vaccine was administered.

I was lucky enough to have my vaccine today given by Dr Norman. I really appreciate the teamwork and effort you are all doing to make this rollout happen along with providing the usual high standard of care. We are very lucky to have such a great practice.
The Bell Surgery is the best GP Practice I have ever experienced in the UK. All staff from reception, to secretaries, to nurses and doctors are efficient, courteous and they all get things done. I am most impressed by the way they are treating and caring for my elderly father who moved to the Henley area recently.

I am so impressed with this surgery – the reception staff are friendly and very polite and go the extra mile to be helpful. The GPS are warm, friendly and do their very best to meet patients needs. I am so glad that my family moved to this practice.
